Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Proficiency in working with students with Autism and cognitive/intellectual disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
- Dover, DE
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students
- Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Work in partnership with the Autism and general education teams to enhance students’ learning experiences
