Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Newnan, GA

A Certified School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an elementary school in Newnan, GA. This role supports students through individualized speech therapy, evaluations, and reporting, serving a caseload of approximately 55 children.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech therapy services tailored to student needs
• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Participating in meetings with educators and parents to discuss student progress
• Completing Medicaid billing documentation in compliance with guidelines

Qualifications:

• Certification as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
• Demonstrated experience with school-age pediatric caseloads
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes is preferred
