Qualifications:
- Active or pending state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but not mandatory
- Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
- Provide direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services and progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
