This full-time, contract position serves approximately 50 students ranging from early childhood through 12th grade, all presenting with mild speech and language needs. The role involves providing comprehensive evaluations and assessments, delivering individualized and group therapy, and working closely to meet IEP goals and objectives. The caseload reflects a diverse pediatric population within a school setting, ideal for professionals skilled in school-based speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students across grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide both individual and group speech therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student progress and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to student services and outcomes

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience working as an SLP in school or pediatric healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus
  • SLPA credentials with relevant school or healthcare experience also considered
  • Willingness to serve a caseload of mild severity speech and language disorders

Position Details:

  • Location: Noblesville, Indiana
  • Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY)
  • Full-time: Approximately 35+ hours/week
  • Caseload: Around 50 students

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $45-$55, negotiable based on experience and pediatric or school-based background
  • Weekly direct deposit payments
