A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school setting in North Little Rock, AR. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers flexibility to accommodate new clinicians, including candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

The caseload is mixed and will be tailored to the candidate’s preferences, providing an opportunity to work with a diverse student population across pediatrics and school environments. This role is ideal for SLPs with experience or interest in speech-language services in educational settings, as well as those holding or pursuing the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services addressing various speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies

Desired Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certification or eligibility to obtain CCC
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
  • Experience or interest in pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based practice
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload aligned with candidate preferences
