A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is sought for a K-12 public school setting in Oakland, CA. This contract position is for the current school year, offering the opportunity to support a diverse student population across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.

Location:

  • Oakland, California, serving students in classrooms from kindergarten through 12th grade.
