Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders, identifying individual strengths and areas of need.
• Design and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to each student’s goals.
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions that target articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic challenges.
• Meticulously monitor and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of educators, specialists, and administrators to develop cohesive support strategies.
• Actively involve and educate families in the therapeutic process, empowering them to support their child’s progress beyond the classroom.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP).
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
