Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders, identifying individual strengths and areas of need.
- Design and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to each student’s goals.
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions that target articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic challenges.
- Meticulously monitor and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team of educators, specialists, and administrators to develop cohesive support strategies.
- Actively involve and educate families in the therapeutic process, empowering them to support their child’s progress beyond the classroom.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP).
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued.
