Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or pending California SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
- ASHA certification is a plus, although Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong background in IEPs, assessments, and treatment documentation
Location:
- Escondido, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students in need of speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Manage a caseload of up to 55 students, focusing on mild to moderate needs
- Engage in both direct and indirect services to fulfill guaranteed hours
