Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or pending California SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
  • ASHA certification is a plus, although Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong background in IEPs, assessments, and treatment documentation

Location:

  • Escondido, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students in need of speech and language support
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Manage a caseload of up to 55 students, focusing on mild to moderate needs
  • Engage in both direct and indirect services to fulfill guaranteed hours
