Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - New Castle, Delaware

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings.
• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorders and effective intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location:

• New Castle, DE, in an engaging elementary school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders, focusing on preschool-aged children with Autism.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made.
