Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with middle and high school students
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students requiring services
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions
