An opportunity is available for skilled professionals to provide vital support in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Yukon, OK. This contract position is designed for dedicated individuals ready to make a significant impact on students' lives through direct and indirect Speech-Language Pathology services.

Location: Yukon, OK (K-12 School Environment)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive Speech-Language Pathology services to students, addressing a range of communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language difficulties and create tailored intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and service delivery in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
