A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in Bellevue, NE, serving a K-6 caseload through the end of the school year. This onsite role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services within a dynamic educational environment, supporting students’ communication development during a critical period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess speech and language disorders in K-6 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Nebraska
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-6 settings
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the contract
