A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide services within K-12 school settings across multiple sites. This contract opportunity is based in Opelika, AL, supporting students throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and effective intervention techniques.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

- Opelika, AL
- Multiple K-12 school sites within the district
Employment Details:
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract position for the academic school year (CSY)
