A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist experienced in school settings to provide services in an elementary school environment. This contract position is ideal for SLPs who are passionate about supporting students’ communication development from PreK through 5th grade.

Location: Orangeburg, SC
Duration: January 5, 2026 – May 22, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: Approximately 45 students
School Setting: Elementary School, PreK to 5th Grade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and reporting standards
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Experience working in pediatric and school settings, including CFY completion
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology techniques and strategies relevant to early childhood and elementary age groups
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students while maintaining high-quality services
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
