Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) or CFY (Clinical Fellow Year) status
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational staff and parents
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support students' overall development
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students in need of services
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
