This role involves working with exceptional schools to provide vital communication therapy and evaluations, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed academically.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust therapy as necessary.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
• Manage a high school caseload, addressing diverse speech and language challenges.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or pending state SLP license.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, though not mandatory.
• Clinical fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply, as supervision and licensing assistance will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
