An exciting opportunity is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in English and Spanish to serve K-12 students across three schools in Paterson, NJ. This full-time role with a contract duration covering the full school year offers the chance to support a diverse caseload within both elementary and middle school settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet student needs
  • Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
  • Conducting evaluations and maintaining accurate documentation of services
  • Traveling between two elementary schools and one middle school (located within 2 miles of each other)
  • Managing a weekly schedule of 6.5-hour days (8:30 am – 3:00 pm), with four days at the elementary schools and one day at the middle school

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience working in school and pediatric healthcare environments
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively serve bilingual student populations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and collaborate with school staff
