Speech and Language Pathologist in Pawtucket, RI

A K-12 public school in Providence, RI, is seeking two licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential support to students in the district. These contract positions offer flexible hours, with part-time or full-time schedules available. The role is based on an ASAP start date, continuing through June 16, 2026.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in K-12 students. You will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with educators and families, and document student progress in compliance with state regulations. Caseloads will be determined based on student needs and will be discussed further during the interview process.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure with state-specific credentials
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working in school settings with children across K-12
• Ability to provide in-person services (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility for varying caseloads and schedules
