Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the multidisciplinary team
