Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on individual speech and language goals
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Educate and involve families in the therapy process
