A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Plainfield, IL. This leave replacement role offers a chance to provide essential speech and language support to young students in an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Licensed or certified as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - School)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with school requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed

Location: Elementary school, Plainfield, Illinois
