A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in early childhood education. This position is based in Plainfield, IL, and covers the entire school year duration.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) credentials.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with early childhood populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for early childhood students.
- Design and deliver targeted therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
