Speech-Language Pathologist in Plano, TX

An onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school in Plano, TX for the current school year on a contract basis. This role involves working a full 40-hour week with a mixed caseload serving students across kindergarten through 12th grade. The position requires immediate availability and will continue through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs from K-12.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom instruction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in meetings regarding student evaluations and IEP reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children in a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload effectively.
