A full-time Contract Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Pooler, GA, supporting elementary and K-8 school settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services during the current school year, including maternity leave coverage.

Location: Pooler, GA
Assignment Dates:

  • January 5, 2026 – May 22, 2026 (Elementary School)
  • February 2, 2026 – Approximately 9-12 weeks (K-8, Maternity Leave coverage)
    Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
    Work Setting: Onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students within elementary and K-8 settings.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia SLP License and Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Certification required.
  • Possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred.
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings with children is strongly desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and educational staff.
