A rewarding opportunity is available for two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within community settings, serving children aged 3-5 with speech and language impairments. These contract positions focus on delivering speech therapy to preschool and daycare populations, supporting early intervention and development in a vibrant K-12 school environment located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) with speech and language impairments.
  • Work primarily Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
  • Dedicate Fridays to documentation, paperwork, and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct services in various community locations, including preschools and daycares.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure individualized support plans are effectively implemented.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in a speech-language impairment setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to community sites as part of service delivery.

Position Details:

  • One position available immediately through June 2026.
  • One position available from January through June 2026.
  • Contract role based out of Pottstown, PA.
  • Services provided through a community-focused educational program aimed at early childhood speech and language development.
