A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Pottstown, PA area, serving K-12 students with multiple disabilities at a single school site. This contract role during the current school year offers 6-7 hours per week, providing speech-language support tailored to students’ individualized communication needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and/or CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with multiple disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication development
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Effective collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families

Location: Pottstown, PA (one school site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to K-12 students with diverse communication needs
  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
