An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide valuable support in a K-12 educational setting. This part-time position requires a dedicated professional to work with middle and high school students, focusing on an inclusionary model.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Active Rhode Island SLP License
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in middle and high school settings
- Strong skills in writing IEP goals and attending IEP meetings
- Ability to case manage students effectively
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students
- Collaborate with educators and other staff to implement inclusionary practices
- Develop and document individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and discussions
- Manage a caseload of students, ensuring tailored support and progress monitoring
Location:
- Based in Brockton, MA, serving a K-12 school environment
