Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision experience, preferred
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience working in school settings or clinical environments
Location: Kent, WA
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, developing appropriate treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students and patients, ensuring effective implementation of IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support overall student development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered and progress
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and relevant training
- Advocate for students’ and patients’ needs within the school and clinical settings
