Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Seeking an accomplished Speech-Language Pathologist to provide vital support in a dynamic early childhood environment. This full-time position is based in Quincy, MA, and focuses on serving preschool and early elementary students. The role is set to start as soon as possible and will continue through June 16th of the following year.

Qualifications:

• CCC-SLP certification
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Familiarity with school settings and early childhood education
• Ability to assess and treat a range of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational development of students
