Apply NowA full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Revere, MA. This role primarily focuses on evaluations and consultative services, with approximately 60 students on caseload, primarily in elementary or middle school grades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Provide consultative support and collaborate with teachers and staff.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
- Utilize SLPA support to deliver direct services, enhancing service delivery efficiency.
- Adapt services to meet the needs of elementary (8:20 am to 3:00 pm) or middle/high school (7:20 am to 2:40 pm) schedules.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion.
- Experience working in school environments, particularly with pediatric populations.
- Familiarity with healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology best practices.
- Ability to support diverse caseloads within educational settings.
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) preferred.
Location: Revere, MA – serving K-12 students in a school-based setting.
