Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary settings.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, fostering effective communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outcomes and strategies.
