A comprehensive and dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled professional in a K-12 setting. This position is situated in Riverside, CA, and spans the full semester, focusing on providing exceptional speech-language pathology services to students ranging from Pre-K to 6th grade.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or pending California SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
- ASHA certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
Location:
Riverside, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
