A full-time speech-language professional opportunity is available for the 2025-26 school year at a K-12 school located in Rochester, WA, just 25 minutes south of Olympia. This contract position is ideal for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who are passionate about supporting students’ communication skills in an onsite setting. Candidates who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience working in school settings preferred; CFYs welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently

  • Rochester, WA (approximately 25 minutes south of Olympia)
