Speech and Language Pathologist - Loves Park, IL

A dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide essential communication services in a K-12 school setting located in Loves Park, IL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives from June 2025 through June 2026, working with a diverse caseload that spans various ages.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree (M.S. / M.A.) in Communication Disorders
• Licensed or License-eligible for the state of IL
• Illinois PEL Certification
• ASHA CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience as a School-Based SLP or with pediatric populations is a plus

Location: Loves Park, IL

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students’ communication skills
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with other Special Education professionals to enhance students’ learning experiences
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide direct services to students with varying disabilities affecting their communication
