Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals.
  • Carefully monitor and document student progress to ensure effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Educate families about their child's progress and involvement in the therapy process.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
