Speech Therapist in Roseville, CA

This role is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in K-12 educational settings, providing services to children with speech and language disorders. Working under a contract during the school year, this position offers an opportunity to deliver impactful therapy in a dynamic school environment located in Roseville, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions aimed at improving speech, language, and communication skills
• Monitor student progress carefully and maintain detailed documentation of outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Engage with families to support their involvement and understanding of the therapy process

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students, families, and team members
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
