Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student needs.
- Facilitate therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals.
- Carefully track and document student progress throughout therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
- Involve and inform families in the therapy process to reinforce learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Preferred possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
