An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to contribute to the development of young minds in an engaging educational setting for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position is dedicated to serving children aged 3–5 at an Early Childhood Center, focusing on fostering effective communication skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• SLP License
• Previous experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Familiarity with early childhood education settings
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes

Location: Saint Charles, MO

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to children aged 3–5
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals
• Monitor and document students’ progress through regular progress reports
• Conduct meetings to discuss student progress and required adjustments to IEPs
• Participate in professional development opportunities as available
