Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or pending state SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
  • ASHA certification is required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, although not mandatory
  • Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs

Location: Cuba, MO

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and documentation services for a K-12 caseload, focusing mainly on early childhood and elementary students
  • Supervise and support two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
  • Ensure compliance with all state and school district regulations regarding speech and language services
