A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025–2026 school year, serving children ages 3–5 at an Early Childhood Center. This position is designed for a dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of speech and language development in early childhood
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Location:
- Edwardsville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing assessments
