A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year at an elementary school in Saint Paul, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational setting, supporting students’ communication and language development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
  • Providing direct therapy and group sessions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to individualized education programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Duration: Contract for the current school year
