A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting in Saint Paul, MN. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ communication and language development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify individual student needs
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student performance, treatment plans, and outcomes
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment is preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, and literacy development in children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain compliance with school and state policies
