Key Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Certified as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – School credential)
- Experience working with diverse student populations from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and individualized education program (IEP) planning
