Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Certified as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – School credential)
  • Experience working with diverse student populations from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators and families
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and individualized education program (IEP) planning
