Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a SLP.
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Location: Colcord, OK
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and execute appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Provide professional development to staff on speech and language needs and interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
