Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fontana, CA

An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in an educational setting. This position is located in Fontana, CA, and spans multiple locations, offering a dynamic environment to support students from TK through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• AT/AAC trained, which is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location:

• Fontana, CA (with services in various locations including AV/Lancaster, Redlands, and Santa Clarita).

Responsibilities:

• Case manage and provide direct services to students requiring speech and language support.
• Create and implement individualized service schedules.
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation through SEIS Service Tracker.
• Conduct triage assessments as needed for students on your caseload.
