Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language goals
- Monitor, document, and report student progress with precision
- Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary team
- Involve families in the therapy process through communication and education
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged clients highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Additional Requirements:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory
