Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet diverse needs.
- Provide targeted therapy sessions aimed at achieving specific speech and language goals.
- Carefully monitor and document student progress to ensure effective intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated care.
- Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process to enhance overall outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students and staff.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
