Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet diverse needs.
• Provide targeted therapy sessions aimed at achieving specific speech and language goals.
• Carefully monitor and document student progress to ensure effective intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated care.
• Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process to enhance overall outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
