A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in a K-12 school setting in San Francisco, CA, offering a contract through the current school year. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to maintain organized documentation and comply with district procedures.
