A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a contract position at a K-12 school in San Francisco, CA. This role is designed to support a diverse student population by providing specialized speech and language therapy services throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive support strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Experience working within a school setting (SLP-School) preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Commitment to adhering to school policies and state regulations

Location: San Francisco, California

This contract role runs for the duration of the school year (NSY), offering the opportunity to apply specialized skills in a vibrant educational environment. The position requires availability to start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year.
