Speech and Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to provide services in a K-12 school setting in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time leave contract position lasting from August 11 to November 10, requiring 35 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The SLP will collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that support student progress. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and school staff are also key components of this role.

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with children in K-12 school environments
• Ability to conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
